Fitness Defeats Acne




Being physically fit helps the body in fighting diseases such as acne. Thus, you should go for runs and play sport to be physically fit. You don't have to put yourself through rigorous fitness sessions, just stay in shape.

My advice is go for a 20 minute walk a night. But make sure you eat well because your body need the nutrients from all kinds of food to help fight disease. So eat heaps and stay fit at the same time.

I have always been told sweating is bad for acne. But i don't find that true. When you sweat your pores open up so i don't think it is to bad. Just after you exercise make sure to have a shower to clean the sweat off.

Being fit should also help relieve anxiety and make you more relaxed. Leading to better sleeping patterns which will have a positive effect on your skin. Apart from all the other health benefits it posesses.
So Stay fit, eat well and you will look well.

Acne is realy unnoticable while sweating and participating in sport. It lightens the appearance of acne for the time you are sweating. So don't be afraid of how your face looks when your exercising, chances are it will look better than before.
