Advice For Females
(2) Wash your hair like you did before your pre acne experience. Although some doctors think its not right, if you have bad blemishes on your forehead and if its gonna make you more confident, then adopt a hairstyle that will cover such blemishes up. Although don't make it an obvious hair style that is their only to hide your acne. And if you have blemishes on other parts of your face then avoid this all together.
(3) Eat moderately healthy. But don't rule out junk food from your diet. Im a firm believer our bodies need junk in us time to time.
(4) Stay Fit. Being fit helps the body fight infection and disease better. Thus leading to better acne results.
(5) Don't Pick at your skin. Only leads to inflamation and scarring.
(6) Beware that drugs being taken to remove acne and better complexion may have detrimental effects on other parts of your body that are much more serious then just acne. So research before you try new things.
(7) Stay confident. It is a normal part of life and you shouldn't get to upset over it.
(8) Avoid Clogdemic make up. Try to find a non-clogdemic make up that suits your skin type. This will improve your appearance without aggravating your acne.
