My Acne Scarring !!



Even though i had it so bad i only developed minimal acne scarring, that is it can barely be seen even close up. One and the main reason for this is even when my acne got bad i never picked or squeezed it. I wasn't ashamed to have a massive whitehead for a day if it meant i wouldn't have a permanent scar there for the rest of my life. To those sufferers who do have scars a good bit of advice only if the scar/s bother you is plastic surgery. Find a good plastic surgeon, i have heard such an operation only takes an hour and costs around $1000 which is very affordable. Never pick your skin when you are around people. It is not the best thing to do and most people think its yuck. Other acne sufferers will think its the norm but its not ideal if making an impression on someone.

Exercise Helps the Skin

Well i have to say out of everything exercise was something that helped me out a lot with my acne. Well it made my face red and look like i didn't have acne, rather like i was doing some physical exercise and all the blood was rushing to my head. Another thing that caused breakouts was wearing gel when playing sport. By now you know im a male, of course. Exercise does help the heart pump out blood to all areas of the body better than it does or did previously. A bad thing to do is to put make up on or anything like that especially when playing sport as i feel it only does irrepairable damage.

Does Diet Affect Acne !!

Well i found this to be a total myth. When i was eating a lot of junk food and drinking a lot of alchahol and soft drink, nothing abnormal happened to my skin. In fact it resembled my skin when i was eating healthy. So to me it was a total myth that diet effects the skin. I even went on a 3 month diet consisting of water, fruit and vegetables and to tell you what it did, absolutely nothing. I was so annoyed that i had eaten those bad tasting foods and for no reason what so ever. One thing that i did find to be affecting my acne was dairy products. The main culprits were full cream milk, and normal ice cream. I would suffer quite bad break outs as soon as i ate such food and this really annoyed me, not looking as good as i want to, affecting my ego and reputation.
